Purpose: To support Garber High School graduates in pursuing post-secondary education.
Eligibility: Applicants must be Bay County residents. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required. Preference is given to students attending Northwood University. Applicants must submit grade transcripts, FAFSA Student Aid Report, two letters of recommendation and an essay.
